All'eau plomberie is a Québec City plumbing company. We handle a leak that needs fixing as readily as redoing all the piping in a house.

Are you open evenings and weekends?
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Outside those hours, leave us a message with your address and phone number and we will get back to you when we open. For a smell of gas, don't wait for us: dial 911.
It's leaking right now: what do I do in the meantime?
Close the main water shut-off valve, often near the meter or the water heater. Then pick your situation at the top of this page to see the next steps.
My drain is blocked: do I need to call you right away?
Not necessarily. Try a plunger first, without chemical drain cleaner. If it still won't drain, or if it keeps coming back, give us a call.
Do you work for businesses?
Yes. We do residential and commercial plumbing.
My water heater stopped heating: repair or replace?
We sell, install and repair water heaters. If water is on the floor, close its cold-water inlet and cut its power first, then call us: we look at it on site and see what makes the most sense.
